Who am I?

I am Rachael Davenport, Subconscious Transformation Facilitator, Business Mentor and Owner of Core Therapies my complementary wellbeing centre and Core Therapies College LTD, which also happens to be in my hometown of Folkestone, Kent. Everything we do is focused around helping people to heal their mind, body, or both.

My team of big-hearted souls help hundreds of clients every month to transform their lives.  

It was always my dream to run a therapy centre (and whilst I never questioned that my dream would become a reality because I DO THE WORK and I just KNEW); the reality is more beautiful and soul-aligned than I could have ever imagined. It is a real joy to help people feel better physically and emotionally, teach amazing people how to be amazing therapists and to play a part in their transformation. 

I battled anxiety and depression for years, and had my own fears, and my own self-doubts to overcome. Eight years on, and a S&%T tonne of self- development later, here I am. Teaching other therapists, business owners, and coaches how to kick the ass out of their limiting beliefs, build a business they love, and feel unstoppable. 

 I am married, live at home with my husband, two teenage boys and our dog. I also have a daughter who is at university and an older son who is a kick ass salesman (that's right I taught him everything I know). When I am not seeing clients at the Centre or teaching at the College, I can be found walking my dog on the sandy beaches of Folkestone, thumbing the pages of a good fiction novel or self-development book (yes, an actual book, none of this Kindle nonsense), or in the gym working off those Covid pounds.

And with all that explained, I am going to share the details of another of my passions. It’s called the Rise Up and Be Free Experience, and I guarantee it will be an experience like no other you’ve experienced before!

I created the Rise Up and Be Free Experience because I’ve been where you are.

It wasn’t that long ago when I struggled with self-doubt and completely lost trust in myself and my intuition; it was a lonely time for a natural empath like me.

Then something amazing happened. Clients started asking me the same questions I was asking myself: How do I know what my intuition is? How can I access my intuition? How will I FEEL when I’m accessing my intuition? How can I STOP doubting and TRUST? How do I overcome my fears?

I realised I wasn’t alone, and it was during a Gain Clients with Grace live call that I got the download for the Rise Up and Be Free Experience and knew exactly what I was going to do, and how I could use my gifts to help you move from self doubt to self confidence.
